Online degrees
In recent years there has not been much of a difference between hiring individuals with 'traditional' as opposed to 'online' degrees.
Many working professionals (including HR) that see online degrees as valuable, and this trend is becoming increasingly common.
However, you will also have skeptics that think online degrees are 'worthless' and this is simply out of ignorance. Most employers will look to see if your degree was from a regionally accredited institution. The University of Phoenix (as well as other schools) have this accreditation in addition to programmatic accreditation, which the University of Phoenix also has.
Many graduates who have experienced both 'traditional' schools and the 'online' environment, feel that online degrees are valuable.
